Monthly review in motion 2020 selected highlights only

LBA will now only be open on Tuesday and Wednesdays from 0800-1600. Helicopter movements will be allowed from Multiflight from 0700-1900.

Tuesday 28th - The only movement I have to report is SR22 N222ED which went out on a local flight this afternoon from Leeds towards York and Acaster Malbis before returning to LBA less than 30 minutes later.

Wednesday 29th - Nil

Thursday 30th - Jet2 sent B738 G-GDFZ  as EXS052C on a flight to Bucharest this morning departing around 0855 local time. This particular aircraft was the last to arrive at Leeds after a maintenance spell at Dublin and a short 2 day stay at Manchester.

Monday 20th - Nil

Tuesday 21st - Citation 560 D-CSUN arrived circa 0900 and departed around 0950 and headed for Valencia. After a long spell of maintenace C421 G-ISAR left Leeds and headed down the M1 back to East Midlands. G-GDFZ went roaming North on an air test for just under an hour between 1205-1255 . Some Military entertianment was provided by a RAFAT Hawk at 1210 serial unknow shooting down the ILS. Beechjet 400 OK-PPP arrived from Sarajevo as TIE232P landing on 14 around 1325 and departed eastwards an hour later

Tuesday 14th - Dauphin Helicopter G-MFLT arrived from Biggin Hill at 1025 on Multiflight.

Wednesday 15th - ZZ418 Beech 350 Shaddow was circuit bashing on runway 14 in the morning as Snake 48. DA42 G-HAKA left us for Gamston around 1115.  B738 G-GDFZ went on an air test at Midday and returned some 50 minutes later.Cessna 421 G-ISAR which arrived way back on 26th July last year departed just after 1230 on a test and returned a couple of hours later. Continuing the Military theme we were visited twice by Red Arrow Hawks one in the morning and one this afternoon conducting ILS approaches.

Thursday 16th - G-WLDN Robinson 44 arrived over the road at Coney park mid morning, no activity at main airport site.
