A sad day today with G-LSAI making its last flight and final Jet2 757 ferry flight from Manchester to St Athan's. The saddest thing about it is cancelling a flypast at LBA, the place where the journey of the 757 started for Jet2. We had many golden years of the 757 operating beside the B733 before the B738s came in and took over. We had a few decent liveries on the 757s, from the white colours to the "Allegiant Air" colours. All of us at Yorkshire Spotters are going to miss the sweet sound of the RB211 engines! RIP. Some pics below of the 757 at LBA...
