This mornings Aer Lingus / Stobart EI-FMK never made it over the Irish sea turning back mid flight to Dublin for reasons unknown.
Just before lunch is when most of todays activity began to pick up when American registered PA31
N642P arrived from Newtonards in Northern Ireland quickly follwed by King Air G-NIAB from Belfast. SR22 G-KOCO pictured above called in this afternoon from High Wycombe. All three examples left at various times this afternoon. The teatime period saw two more additions when Vistajets Challenger 605 9H-VFF was first to arrive and was joined half an hour later by a bigger brother in the shape of Global Express 9H-VJO both examples are first time additions to the visitors list at Leeds. Netjets Lattitude CS-LAS also pictured above departed and appeared to join the hold above Leeds for a brief period before darting down the road to Textron at Doncaster, perhaps with a technical issue ? Last but not least Portuguese Citation 550 CS-DVZ made an evening arrival from Madrid touching down shortly after 20:30. Jet2 news- G-DRTI emerged from the paintshop at East Midlands in standard Silver and Red and after a flight test arrived back at Manchester this afternoon so another to keep the eyes open for around the Yorkshire skies over the next few months.
