Both BE90 M-TSRI and Beechjet 400 SP-TTA spent well over an hour trying to land at Leeds this morning due to poor weather , and after a couple of failed attempts both landed shortly after 1030.

Citation G-IPLY called in this afternoon from Jersey. Jet2 have further delayed the restart of flights to the Spanish Islands until 23rd Aug and to the mainland until 24th Aug.

Local Summary

Early doors this morning was the departure of resident Phenom G-HNPN leaving for Mykanos c/s CLF882returning to Leeds at 1701. Two in quick succesion this morning as Mustang OE-FFB and Phenom F-HEVL arived within 3 minutes of each other. Hawker 750 9H-BSA was next to arrive but only after a go around was initaited because German Avanti D-IPPY was awaiting departure on the end of 32. The pace continued as next to arrive was Citation D-IOHL shortly before lunch. Not to be undone the Portuguese got in on the act as well when C525 CS-DVH arrived post lunch. The return of F-HEVL filed the tea time slot and last to arrive was Netjets Lattitude CS-LTC from Farnborough.
